Sent Ahead By God

"And now, do not be distressed and do not be angry with yourselves for selling me here,
because it was to save lives that God sent me ahead of you."  Genesis 45:5
God sent me ahead of you

Do you believe that the people who are in your life right now were placed there by God?  Have you even considered that possibility?

Joseph's brothers thought that they were responsible for the fact that he was in Egypt, but Joseph told them that God sent him ahead of them to save their lives.  It was in God's hands all along.

Nothing in your life, whether good or bad, has happened by chance or without God's full knowledge and awareness of the situation.  Do you believe that?

Take a minute to think about the friends and family who are part of your life today.... then praise God for sending them ahead of you for such a time as this.

Many blessings,

  1. Lisa, such great truth. God has been so faithful to surround me with people that have gone ahead of me in marriage... parenting... homeschooling and just life. I've gained so much wisdom from these people! Praise God!
