Beyond the Veil

Thank you all for entering my giveaway for a copy of Grace for the Good Girl.  Several of you commented on how much you really wanted to win this book and I wish I could give a copy to all of you.  I prayed before I drew the name and the blessed winner is:  gjhinshaw. Congratulations Kristy!  Please email me at:  lphelps4351@gmail.com with your mailing address.

I'm linking up with the Gypsy Mama again today for another 5 Minute Friday.  Today's prompt is:  Beyond.

Beyond the veil
sacred and protected
where the priest do their work
seeking to make atonement for our sins.

Beyond the veil
separated and holy
where common man could not go
ripping apart at the words, "It is finished."

Beyond the veil
unseen and unknown
where we hide ourselves from the world
coming into light and life through mercy and grace.

Beyond the veil
Awesome and Mighty
where we now freely enter and worship
kneeling before the One who made a way for us to go

Beyond the veil

Many blessings,
