Where You Go I Go

I have a very annoying dog.  He follows me everywhere.  If I take a step, he takes a step.  If I stop moving, he stops moving.  Where I go, he goes.  I don't know how many times he has caused me to trip because he is always at my feet.  Click HERE to read more.

  1. haha! You post made me smile. I just finished dog sitting a friend's dog and she followed me ALL over like that. I kept whistling Me and My Shadow. :)
Great comparison, God desires for us to be this attentive and close to Him too!

  4. I clicked over and read the rest of your story. Love how you tied it in to how we are supposed to follow God. I agree wholeheartedly!

Thanks for stopping by my blog on this WFW. FYI, I am now a "follower" of your blog. :)

  5. I think your dog is a good example of how God wants us to be near Him, minus the tripping, of course!

  6. I love the example of your dog following after you. That is how I want to be with God. There's a song out now with the words "where you go I'll go" that are now going through my head. A good word!

    Blessings and love,
    Debbie

  7. I have a dog that does very much the same thing Lisa, but I've never put that behavior in this context.

Unwavering devotion to the Lord is something we should all certainly strive for.

Thank you for sharing the message!

    Have a Blessed Day!

  8. May we follow as closely as your pet follows you. Cute story. Important truth.
